We are excited to announce a strategic partnership with Fraunhofer IAO. This collaboration aims to bring practical AI applications to the hotel industry, enabling hoteliers to achieve their business goals and accelerate their operations. 

The cornerstone of the collaboration between Apaleo and Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO is the FutureHotel Innovation Network project's study on AI Application Potential Along Digital User Journeys and Its Business Opportunities. This, yet unpublished research provides a foundation for understanding how AI can transform hospitality. It aligns with Apaleo's commitment to continuous innovation and AI-driven advancement.

What hoteliers can expect from this collaboration: 

• Framework for AI innovation: Hoteliers will receive practical guidance on identifying and implementing AI technologies to enhance operations.

• Real-world applications: Hoteliers can engage with industry leaders to explore how AI can digitise guest experiences, automate hotel operations, centralise property management functions, and leverage Apaleo’s API-first platform to enable AI-driven actions. 

• Expert viewpoints: Through interactive and engaging discussions, industry experts will support effective AI adoption by providing hoteliers with diverse perspectives and insights.
