Each hotel appoints an Apahero to manage their Apaleo account and act as the main point of contact between the hotel team and Apaleo through a preferred communication channel. Through this program, your hotel can ensure that you have an in-house Apaleo expert, who will enable your team to unlock the full potential of the platform.
