Apaleo, the open hospitality platform, has been selected by German brand, mk | hotels, to streamline its operations, leverage digital experiences for guests and staff as well as power its ambitious growth plans across the DACH regions and beyond.

Each of the 13 mk | hotels properties, spread across Germany, the UK and more recently, Albania, has its unique character, just like the lively cities around it, offering a central location and modern service concept at attractive conditions.
Moving forward, every hotel will enable guests to check in, access their room, pay & check out on their own with the combination of Apaleo and some of its innovative app partners from the Apaleo Store.
The platform’s capacity to enable a high level of departments’ centralisation was also key to mk | hotels unlocking efficiencies. Managing the whole portfolio’s reservations, customer service and revenue departments from a central office, the brand was looking for a way to reduce data silos and enable on-demand & quick access to all business data for its teams.
