Every Apaleo hotel has an Apahero, an in-house Apaleo expert who enables your team to unlock the full potential of the platform. Some Apaheroes opt for a "training-of-trainer" approach in which they complete Apaleo Academy and then organize their own in-house training. To help with this, we also offer training kits that Apaheroes can use as a foundation for bespoke operational user training.
